As Junior Commercial Backoffice Coordinator, you are the backbone of the commercial operation. You ensure that orders, communication and internal processes run seamlessly. You keep oversight, solve issues proactively and act as a key link between customers and internal departments.
Your responsibilities
- Managing and monitoring customer orders from creation to delivery
- Ensuring accurate and up‑to‑date data in internal systems
- Daily coordination with transport and warehouse teams
- Handling incidents and claims professionally and efficiently
- Overseeing the full sales and purchase flow
- Ensuring smooth logistics coordination and administrative accuracy
- Identifying bottlenecks and taking proactive action
- Communicating clearly and solution‑oriented with customers and colleagues
Wat zijn onze wensen en waar ligt jouw talent?
- A completed MBO‑4 education (commercial, supply chain or administrative direction)
- 2 years of experience in commercial administration or a similar role
- Excellent command of English And Dutch; Spanish is a plus
- Experience in the fresh produce (AGF) sector is a plus
- Strong skills in Outlook and MS Office
- Experience with AX or a similar ERP system is a plus
- A proactive, accurate and communicative working style
